About Coach Dan
Coach Dan has been active in the world of multisports since 2002. A former collegiate swimmer and runner, he turned his attention to triathlon after completing his undergraduate studies. Coach Dan coaches triathlete, masters swimming and is an Ironman University Certified Coach and USAT Level 1 Certified Coach.
As an athlete with a background in teaching, Coach Dan works with his athletes to determine where their energy is best used on course and likes his athletes to become students of the sport. Be prepared for some of the most thorough race pacing plans you'll ever read.
Coach Dan has successfully worked with novice to veteran triathletes who are looking to step up to a new distance, first-time Half Ironman and first-time Ironman athletes. Using proven methods, his athletes have set personal records in single-sport and multi-sport races, completed Ironman distance races, limited injury, and have qualified for the Boston Marathon as well as World Championship triathlon events.
Coach Dan has been competing in ultra-distance triathlon since 2011 and found his way to the Big Island of Hawaii for the Ironman World Championships in 2015 and 2017.

About Coach Rob
Coach Rob is a former collegiate swimmer and NCAA Division III swim coach. He was introduced into the multisport world in 2014 while he was coaching swimming and completing his master’s degree.
Coach Rob dove head-first into triathlon and it has become a passion and lifestyle. He joined Grn Mchn Multisports as an athlete in 2017, learning the ropes and living the process.
He has been coaching multisport athletes since 2017, and is a USAT Level 1 Certified Coach. Coach Rob started coaching with Grn Mchn Multisports in 2018 and is looking forward to expanding his role within the team.
